$125 per hour. Six-minute increments. Expenses billed as incurred. Work starts after a signed retainer.

Starting retainers are billed against that rate:

Locate and skip tracing: $1,000.

Infidelity, insurance fraud, and disability fraud: $2,500.

Missing person: $2,500. $5,000 if the trail is cold or out of area.

Consulting: $1,500.

Open-ended or high-complexity work: $5,000, replenished when the balance is low.

Work referred by another investigator is the same $125 per hour, four-hour minimum.

Intake first. I set the retainer when I take the job.
